Jenna Marbles ABS

If you haven’t heard of Jenna Marbles by now, you should really think of climbing from under your rock. She’s an internet sensation and avid vlogger. Check out her YouTube channel here. http://www.youtube.com/user/JennaMarblesVlog?feature=watch

You’ll notice a couple of things about her right from the start. She’s hilarious, she’s got some opinions, she’s obsessed with her dogs, and she’s smoking hot. There isn’t a girl out there that wouldn’t love to have her bod. Read on to see her exercise regime to gain those rock hard abs.

Jenna admits to going to the gym early 3-5 times a week and hitting up the elliptical, which is great cardio and easy on the knees. Intense circuits will keep your heart rate up, but give you a chance to catch your breath. Start by pushing yourself really hard for 30-40 seconds, then go a slower, normal pace for 2-3 minutes, and repeat that for half an hour.

When she can’t got up early enough to beat the crowd at the gym, she works out from home with the basics- situps, pushups, lunges… Oldies but goodies. She changes it up a bit with fitness on demand from time to time on her basic cable. Plus- this girl is a gogo dancer! If you aren’t brave enough to attempt gogo, you could try pole dancing, hip hop or ballet. All are a great workout!

If you don’t have a gym membership, try a routine of situps, pushups and lunges before your daily shower. The difference will start to show in just a matter of weeks! The trick is to stick to it.
