Sometimes you just need a little something to help you chill out when things are a little too stressful, or if you’ve just got a lot going on. A bath is perfect for this. No distractions, you can’t bring your phone with you, it’s just you, your tub, and delightfully scented bath water. Use the following recipe to soothe and relax!
2 cups of Epsom salt or Himalayan Bath Salt Crystals
1/2 cup of raw apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of baking soda
A few drops of lavender essential oil (or whatever essential oil you have on hand)
Swirl in your warm bath water, submerge, and soak your cares away. Enjoy!
