Every face needs a nice mask from time to time, and your pores will always appreciate a good clean out! This DIY pore strips mask does the trick in no time and with minimal, and not to mention affordable, ingredients!
Ingredients
1 tbl UNFLAVORED gelatin (this can be found in most baking sections next to the jello. Don’t use jello though. Ew)
2 tbl milk
Pour the gelatin into a container and slowly add milk until it is of a chunky consistency.
Smear that bad boy all up on your grill. Just a think layer though, if it’s too thick it won’t have as much ‘grab’ power.
Wait 15 minutes. I recommend silencing your phone (you will not want to talk anyways as it tightens when it’s drying!), laying down on the coach with your eyes closed listening to soothing nature music. Take this as an opportunity to slow down for a sec, and refresh the soul.
Now for the most exciting- albeit, gross- part! The peeling. Grab an end and slowly pull off pieces. I like to do this as close to the mirror as possible so I can see all the things coming out of my pores (I’m disgusting yes, but it’s oh-so satisfying seeing all that I’m getting out of my face!). Peel off all of the mask and revel in a clean pore stupor to your hearts content!
Repeat DIY pore strips mask weekly!
