Are you tired of suffering from overgrown brows, but not quite in the market for another appointment with your waxing lady? Try up-keeping your eyebrows in between spa visits by taking matters into your own hands before they get so overgrown that you can no longer see the shaping that your brow lady has given you.
You will need:
-A brow pencil
-Tweezers
-Brow trimming scissors
-Brow brush
Using your brow brush, comb your eyebrows into place by smoothing any unruly hairs down. Now look in the mirror and make sure the shape of your brows is still visible. Take your brow pencil and carefully trace an outline around the shape of your brows. You can fill them in at this point, or you can wait until after plucking and tweezing, whichever you’d prefer. Once you have your brow shape outlined take your tweezers and pluck out all the stray hairs that are not included in your ideal brow shape. After plucking all the stray and overgrown hairs go over your brows with the brow brush again except this time brush your brows down. After brushing your brows down use the trimming scissors to cut off the extra long eyebrow hairs that hang down over your brow shape when combed down. Repeat that only brush your eyebrows UP this time, and trim any long eyebrow hairs that extend past the perimeter of your brow shape when brushed up. After you’ve trimmed the long hairs smooth your eyebrows back down into place one final time and voila! You’ve just mastered your own brow touch up!
