Arms and Chest Workout

Now that I’ve finally integrated some cardio into my life I’ve started to work on my muscle tone a bit more too. I started light lifting and so far I’m loving it! Today I’m gonna show you how to slim, tone and tighten your arms up by doing these easy exercises. Plus, doing these exercises will benefit not only your arms, but your chest as well. Before you begin make sure you stretch your arms, shoulders and back. Grab two full water bottles or two 3 pound weights to use for a couple of the exercises, but those of you beginners or those of your with weaker arms or elbow problems can just go on ahead without the water bottles or weights.
