Be Beautiful

A woman has to bear high expectations from people around her, including the endless desire of looking beautiful at all times. There are many ways to enhance your beauty, some of which are discussed here.

Woman have always been seen as the epitome of substance. Add to that, the unending expectation to look beautiful at all times. However, there is nothing to worry about. There are a number of vitamin tablets and beauty treatments that would help you maintain the look. All you need is patience and the discipline to do this on a regular basis.

Natural beauty treatment is the long-term solution for a perfectly healthy skin. The parlor treatments may only look good for a short period of time. Also, you don’t have to spend hours and tons of money on these.

Where to start? There are so many options, but I would like to start from the very beginning. First, identify your skin type—whether it is oily, dry, mixed (yes, there are these types as well). If you have an oily skin, then you should strive to keep it as clean as possible. Dirt easily sits on oily skin and leads to pimples.

Enhance Your Beauty

To avoid this, firstly drink lots of water, abstain from oily and processed food. To curb the secretion, wash your face at least two times a day with a face wash exclusively meant for such skin. Take Fuller’s earth powder, add rose water to it and make a semi-solid base. Apply this mixture on the face and neck thoroughly. Keep it on for some time and then wash it.

Fuller’s earth extracts the oiliness from the skin, likewise the dirt. Don’t apply any lotion after that. Scrub your face regularly, it removes dirt from the pores on the skin and hence, your skin will look fresh.

For dry skin, I suggest you use almond oil regularly. In fact, applying oil is an ideal solution as it would thoroughly penetrate the skin and make it smooth. Avoid over scrubbing. Now-a-days, there are many such scrub washes available in the market, and many are actually very harmful. They can create micro tears in your skin making it easy for bacteria to move in. Only exfoliate with a good exfoliater once to twice a week.

You can also make your own scrub. Take some chickpea flour/gram flour and some curd. Mix and apply on the face. It works like a natural scrub, extracting all the dirt by unclogging the pores and thereby, avoiding any acne.

Turmeric also acts as a natural enhancer. It prevents microbes from capturing the pores on the face. Take sandalwood powder, add rose water to it and apply the paste on your face. It would prevent pimples and also improve your complexion.

We can also suffer from sunburns. In this case it’s essential that we use fruit scrubs—banana or papaya peel ae quite effective on the affected area. If your elbows or knees have turned blackish, then rub lemon on that; it will help to remove that tan.
Lastly, do lots of exercise and eat fruits. This will help to create the most healthy and beautiful you!
