6 Ways to Blow Dry Your Hair

A large variety of women blow dry their hair every single day. Most women usually only blow dry their hair until it is dry and leave it at that. Did you know that you can use your blow dryer to blow dry your hair in a variety of ways? We are going to show you 6 ways to blow dry your hair.

Straight

If you are seeking a straight, sleek hairstyle you can easily accomplish it with a blow dryer and a flat iron. While your hair is still wet, take a soft-bristle brush and gently run it through your hair holding the blow dryer above your head angled towards your hair. Repeat until all of your hair is dry. To complete this look use a hot flat iron and insert small chunks of hair slowing pulling the flat iron toward to ends of your hair strands. Repeat for all hair.

Flip

To achieve the flipped end look, you need to use a blow dryer and a round brush. Place the round brush at the ends of your hair strands (separating your hair into small chunks) and as you blow dry your hair, curl the round brush upwards towards the ceiling. Repeat this step until the chunk of hair is completely dry and the ends are curled. Repeat for all chunks of hair until all your hair is dry, and the ends are flipped.

Soft Curls

If you are looking for a romantic, elegant hairstyle, you may want to create soft curls. In order to achieve this hair style you need a blow dryer and round brush. Separate your hair into small chunks using hair clips or hair pins. Start with one chunk of hair and gently wrap your hair in the round brush as if you were making a ringlet. Blow dry your hair while gently spinning the round brush.

Smooth Waves

Blow dry your hair as you would usually blow dry it. When your hair is completely dry, curl it using a large curling iron. Once all of your hair has been curled, gently brush out the curls to create smooth waves.

Messy Curls

To create messy curls, you need to blow dry your hair traditionally. After your hair is dry, curl your entire hair using a medium-sized curling iron. Once you have curled all of your hair, simply shake your head to create messy curls. You may also want to gently run your fingers through your hair. DO NOT use a brush after you have curled your hair to achieve this hairstyle.

Curly

While your hair is still wet, you need to apply a curling hair product such as moose, gel or a spray. Apply the hair product by tilting your head towards the floor and then scrunching your hair once the product has been applied. Use a diffuser to encourage curls.
