How to Treat Acne in 4 Days With the Help of Banana Peels | Kanelstrand

Suffering with adult acne is embarrassing and just plain nasty. Come on, who wants to go out on a dinner date with a huge zit on his or her nose or forehead? Many of you may have thought that your teenage years of dealing with acne were over. The truth is acne can hit a person of any age. Instead of spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on acne creams, lotions, potions, etc., we show you how to heal acne with a banana! Yep, you read that correctly, a BANANA! When it comes to using bananas for skin treatments, you simply can’t find anything better. Bananas make a wonderful face mask as well. They also help reduce skin irritation, redness and swelling. If you have old scars, bananas will reduce their visibility.

So how do you exactly treat acne in 4 days with the help of banana peels?

• You need to eat a banana. We have all heard the saying “you are what you eat,” right? Not to mention eating a banana daily increases your overall health.

• When you are done eating the banana, cut a piece of the peel off using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife.

• Take the banana peel and place the inside of the peel against your skin where you have acne. Rub the inside of the banana peel on your acne for approximately 5 minutes or until the inside of the banana peel turns brown. If you have acne outbreaks in various areas on your skin, use a fresh piece of the banana peel for each area you want to treat.

• Allow the banana to dry on your skin. While the banana is drying, feel free to gently (and carefully) clean your skin that does not have banana on it with a warm washcloth. Do not wash away the banana.

• Repeat all steps 3 times a day, and you will notice significant improvement in your acne.

Once you treat your acne in 4 days with banana peels, we are willing to bet you will throw away all your over-the-counter acne medications. There is no need to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars a year trying to treat acne only to be disappointed. Instead, start adding bananas to your shopping list, and you are set!
