If you’re a fan of cute and easy hair then this simple half up hairstyle tutorial might be for you.
Start with dry hair, can be curly, wavy, crimped or straight (texture doesn’t really matter with this look), but it has to be dry in order for this to be easier on you. You’ll need at least 2 bobby pins, but I’d recommend having a few extra on hand just in case. This process is really as easy as “1,2,3” and can be customized and modified to your liking. Learn how below.
Pull about half of you hair up into your hands and twist down (when twisting your hair, make sure that the direction your hair is hanging and the direction you are twisting in is downward).
Secure with bobby pins where your twist touches your head so that when you insert the pins they are concealed in the junction. Keep adding bobby pins until hair feels secure and comfortable.
Once you’re happy with the security of the twist you can use the tail end of a comb to gently pull little wisps and strands of hair out along your hairline to frame your face to your liking. Finish with a flexible holding hairspray.
