Superworld Unknown

Hi beauties! Today I was inspired to do my makeup by the scent that was lingering on my skin. It’s called “Superworld Unknown” made by LUSH, but of course! I actually had to go out on a limb when purchasing this scent because I’d only been able to read the description on it since it’s only available online. I was never able to actually smell it until I made the order, but I tell you it was worth every penny and worth every minute of waiting for it to arrive. On the LUSH website (lushusa.com) they describe the scent as being reminiscent of a day at the carnival and it kind of is. It’s a very sweet smelling scent, but there’s also a sophistication about it too. It’s sweet, creamy, tangy and floral fresh as well. Sounds so complicated, but the scent comes together in the most amazing way.

While you may not have this perfume, you can still easily get this look. You’ll need some glitter and pink lipstick for this one.

One the eyes: I used a little dab of “Glamorous” by LUSH, but if you have a pink lipstick or eyeshadow that’s similar it will work too. In fact the ELF eyeshadow palette has a few pink shades that look similar. Over the pink I blended the Hard Candy “Pixie” glitter cream shadow. I lined my bottom lash line with “Fantasy” gold liquid liner from LUSH.

On my cheeks: I brushed a tiny bit of pink blusher to the apples of my cheeks, just slightly because I wanted the lips and eyes to stand out while not having my face be overrun with pink tones.

On my lips: I kept the “Glamorous” theme going by blending it with “Charm” a paler pink lipstick also from LUSH.

Also pictured is my foundation and hi-lighter from LUSH. I use their “Dark Yellow” Colour Supplement (foundation) and the hi-lighter is called “Felling Younger Looking Brighter”. They’re both around$20, but are totally worth it in my opinion as they’ve lasted me over a year (well the hi-lighter did, the foundation lasted about half that time).
